It is so exciting to hear and see all that God is doing with our three teams in Southeast Asia. Our teams in Cambodia, Thailand, and Laos are doing a great job reaching people and keeping the people they reach.  It has also been exciting to hear what God is doing in the country of China where my wife and I will soon be relocating. Recently, the church we will be working with baptized 16 people over a two-week period of time. Denise and I are looking forward to being “back in the saddle” again in just a little over a month. On June 2, my wife and I will fly into China and begin, yet another phase in our journey with Jesus in Asia!

Speaking of China, it was a blessing to be able to meet with 15 young men and women who are considering serving Christ and the cause of Christ in the country of China. We met for two hours and went over some future plans for ministry in the country of China and other areas in the 10/40 Window. The meeting went very well!

PLEASE PRAY FOR THE WILL OF GOD TO BE ACCOMPLISHED IN ALL OF OUR LIVES AND PRAY FOR SALVATION OF MANY PEOPLE IN THE COUNTRY OF CHINA AND OTHER COUNTRIES IN THE 10/40 WINDOW!

This past week was the annual “Camp Meeting” in Thailand. It is held every year during the week of the Water Festival. This is always a wonderful time when 9 or 10 churches from Laos and Thailand gather together for a lot of good preaching, great food, and fellowship. Over the past four years I have had the privilege to preach in this “conference,” but because I am presently in the States I was not able to attend this year. This year they changed the conference up a little bit, and it was a Youth Conference.  They called it “Next Generation.”

From what I have heard there were 195 campers, from five different countries, and 14 different churches. I have heard that five young people trusted Christ and six others surrendered to full-time service. Brother Bounna Has and his wife Thy, along with Adrian Torres, members of our team in Cambodia were able to be there and minister to the folks along with other pastors and missionaries from Laos and Thailand. The men who were most instrumental in having the vision for the Youth Camp and “pulling it off” were Koumaly Thongdy, who heads up our team in Laos, and Pastor Pradit from Thailand. Praise the Lord!

PLEASE PRAY THAT GOD WILL BLESS THESE YOUNG PEOPLE AND USE THEM TO REACH THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNTRIES AND OTHER COUNTRIES IN THE 10/40 WINDOW FOR CHRIST!

The past few weeks have been very busy and extremely blessed. We have had the opportunity to teach another Bible college intensive, teach at Pacific Baptist School, preach for Pacific Baptist Church of Long Beach (Pastor Steve Meyers) and Pacific Baptist Church of Monterey Park, CA. (Pastor Kyle Beck).

Of course, when we are in the Long Beach area it is always a blessing to spend time with family, go out soul winning with our church family, and to be able to visit my brother Pastor Joe. Once again, I would like to thank the many of you who pray for him and his wife on a regular basis!

PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR PACIFIC BAPTIST CHURCH AND PACIFIC BAPTIST BIBLE COLLEGE TO KEEP SENDING MEN AND WOMEN TO THE NEEDIEST PLACES IN THE WORLD AND PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR PASTOR JOE AND HIS WIFE!

We also had the opportunity to report and preach for Bible Baptist Church of Gardena, CA (Pastor Timothy Choi) and Bible Baptist Church of National City, CA (Pastor Larry Obero). Both of these churches are doing a wonderful job reaching their Jerusalem for Christ, but also by reaching out to the uttermost parts of the world. Both Pastor Choi and Pastor Obero have pastored these churches for over thirty years!

PLEASE PRAY THAT GOD WILL BRING INCREASE TO ALL THE TEACHING, PREACHING, AND COUNSELING WE HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS. ALSO, PLEASE PRAY THAT GOD WILL RAISE UP MANY MEN AND WOMEN TO GO TO THE GREAT HARVEST FIELDS OF THE 10/40 WINDOW!

What a blessing it is to serve a God who showers us with His blessings. In the video below you will find our Cham folks (former Muslims) singing, “There will be showers of Blessings,” in a recent service in our Psa Thrict church in Cambodia. These are some of the most precious folks you will ever meet!
